Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients
6 medium-sized breasts of chicken
1.5 tablespoons Sharwoods Tandoori Paste
1/2 Natural yoghurt
1 cup Jasmine rice
2 cups of water

Preparations

Mix Tandoori paste and yoghurt togeather and marinate chicken in mix over night or a least 2 hours before cooking.
Place in a greased baking tray and bake for 20 mins in oven 180 degress censius
Place water into saucepan with lid bring to boil, add rice turn hotplate to simmer leaving lid on
Serve onto a plate with rice beside the chicken

Serves: approx 6
